We’re easy to find — located right on Highway 13 at the County C intersection in Washburn, Wisconsin. Your adventure starts at the Washburn Marina, where we launch the boats for you. From there, you can set out across Lake Superior to explore the Apostle Islands, spend a relaxing day around Madeline Island, or enjoy the shops and restaurants in the Town of La Pointe.
Back at the shop, you’ll find our store stocked with floaty toys, hats, boating essentials, and plenty of fun pirate gear to make your trip unforgettable.

We launch for you right from the Washburn Marina. Just show up, hop in, and enjoy your day on Lake Superior. Whether you’re out to fish, cruise, swim, or sightsee — we’ve got the right boat for it. And when you’re back on shore, grab one of our electric bikes to explore Washburn and the surrounding trails.

Sea caves, lighthouses, hidden beaches, and endless shoreline. It’s big water — we provide Float Plans for safety and to help you make the most of your trip.
What You Need for Boats:
🚤 Boating Experience
You must have:
- Owned or currently own your own boat, or
- At least 30 full days of hands-on boating experience
You’ll be driving in a real marina and on the world’s largest lake. We reserve the right to cancel if safety is a concern.
📄 Boater Safety Certificate
Required if you were born on or after January 1, 1989. Any U.S. state’s certificate is valid.
🗣️ English Fluency
All renters must be able to speak and understand English. No translators allowed (insurance requirement).
